Electronic Bankruptcy Noticing Information

Limited Filing User Access - Limited Filing Users can obtain access to the ECF system to file the following documents:
  • Reaffirmation Agreement
  • Reaffirmation Cover Sheet
  • Motion to Pay Unclaimed Funds
  • Notice of Appearance and Request for Service
  • Certificate of Service
  • Withdrawal of Claim
  • Proof of Claim
  • Transfer of Claim
  • Motion to Strike
  • Notice of Mortgage Payment Change
  • Notice of PostPetition Mortgage Fees Expenses and Charges
  • Response to Notice of Final Cure Payment
  • Certificate of Service (Use Only for Rule 3002.1 Events)
Additionally the following functions are available for Limited Filing Users:
  • Add a creditor to the matrix
  • Update user information
  • View user transaction log
  • View noticing information
  • View docket
  • Claims and cases reports

To apply for Limited Filing User Access to ECF:

  1. Complete the fillable Limited Filing User Registration Form, print, sign and scan the form as a PDF file. If you are unable to scan your signed registration form, please type in /s/ (your name) in the Application Signature section of the form.
  2. Send an e-mail to clerks_office@ndb.uscourts.gov requesting Limited Filing User Access and attach the PDF version of the registration form.

Upon receipt of your e-mail request, you will be granted access to the ECF system for this district and a user name and password will be e-mailed to you. Additionally, you will receive a training login and password to use to familiarize yourself with our system. A Limited Filing User Guide is posted on our web site.
