The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of North Dakota will perform system maintenance on the court’s CM/ECF server beginning Friday, August 14th at 8:00 A.M. through Sunday, August 16th. This also includes the court’s PACER system as well as the Voice Case Information System. These systems will be unavailable for filing or case inquiries during this time period.

 

CM/ECF, PACER and VCIS systems will be available for public access on Monday August 17th at 8:00 A.M.
