The Judicial Conference Advisory Committee on Bankruptcy Rules (the “Committee”) has published proposed amendments to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure as well as some forms. Most significantly, the Committee has proposed a standardized Chapter 13 Model Form Plan that would be utilized in all jurisdictions.
