Order Regarding Electronic Filing Without Access to or Registration with the CM/ECF System

Tuesday, December 3, 2013

Pursuant to the attached Order, the Court has implemented  the Electronic Proof of Claim (ePOC) program designed to work with ECF to streamline claims processing by allowing creditors to file a claim, amend a claim and withdraw a claim via the internet without being an ECF registered user.  Creditors may now file claims via the"E-Filing Proof of Claims" link on the Court's website.  Filing through ePOC eliminates the need for a creditor to complete a proof of claim and mail or deliver it to the Clerk's Office.  The ePOC module allows a creditor to populate and electronically file a proof of claim, attach any supporting documents and receive immediate verification of the filing.  Additional information and instructions are available on the Court's website.
