Change of Address

Address changes require a document. Electronic filers must file document through CM/ECF.  Pro se filers must file an original signed document with the Court.

Creditor(s) Address Change: The Court will change an address of a creditor by letter or notice, or Proof of Service showing that the 341 Meeting Notice is mailed to an updated address. .

Debtor(s) Address Change: The Court will change an address of the debtor(s) by letter or Notice of Change of Address filed by the debtor, debtor's attorney or case trustee stating that the debtor(s) address has changed.

Step-by-Step Procedures:

  1. Select [Bankruptcy > Misc/Other or > Notices].

  2. Enter the case number (e.g., xx-xxxxx).

  3. Select [Notice of Change of Address] from the event list.

  4. Select the party filer.

  5. Browse to select document. (PDF file).

  6. Verify the final docket text; if correct, click [Next] to submit your document(s).

    The Notice of Electronic Filing displays, giving you the document number. Copies of this notice are immediately emailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.
