Payment Advices

Debtor must file copies of all payment advices or other evidence of payment received by the debtor from any employer within 60 days before filing the petition.  

When debtor is self-employed or has not received payment from an employer within 60 days before filing the petition, debtor must file a signed Statement Concerning Payment Advices in lieu of payment advices.  See instructions for Statement Concerning Payment Advices.

Documents must be filed with the petition or within 14 days of filing. Required if debtor is an individual.

Step-by-Step Procedures:

1. Select [Bankruptcy > Misc/Other].

2. Enter case number (e.g., xx-xxxxx).

3. Select [Payment Advices] from the event list.

4. Select the party filer.

5. Browse to attach documents (PDF file).

6. Modify docket text if appropriate.

7. Verify the final docket text; if correct, click [Next] to submit your document(s).
   
   The Notice of Electronic Filing displays, giving you the document number. Copies of this notice are immediately emailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.
