Subpoena

Subpoenas will be issued by attorneys/trustees as "officers of the court." The Case Administrator MUST issue the subpoena when it is requested by a pro se litigant by signing and dating the Subpoena as the issuing officer and type his/her name, title, court's address and phone number on the form.

  • Official Form B2540 - Subpoena for Rule 2004 Examination.

  • Official Form B2550 - Subpoena to Appear and Testify at a Hearing or Trial in a Bankruptcy Case (or Adversary Proceeding).

  • Official Form B2560 - Subpoena to Testify at a Deposition in a Bankruptcy Case (or Adversary Proceeding).

  • Official Form B2570 - Subpoena to Produce Documents, Information, or Objects or to Permit Inspection of Premises in a Bankruptcy Case (or Adversary Proceeding).
