Notice of Continued/Rescheduled 341 Meeting

NOTE:  PRIOR TRUSTEE APPROVAL REQUIRED

Requesting party will:

• Contact the Trustee assigned to the case to schedule a new meeting date and time.

• Prepare Notice of Continued/Rescheduled 341 Meeting.
  
  If 341 meeting is rescheduled prior to the currently scheduled 341 meeting, all creditors must be served with.  

• Proof of Service (if applicable).

Step-by-Step Procedures:

1. Log in to CM/ECF.

2. Select [Bankruptcy > Notices ].

3. Enter the case number (e.g., xx-xxxxx).

4. Select [Notice of Continued/Rescheduled Meeting of Creditors].

5. Select the party filer.

6. Select "y" or "n" whether Proof of Service is included

7. Browse to select the Notice (PDF file).
   
   The Proof of Service may be added as an attachment to this document.

8. Enter date, time, and location (Zoom Meeting) of new 341 meeting time when prompted. Important: Review inserted information prior to clicking [Next].  

9. Verify the final docket text; if correct, click [Next] to submit your document(s).
   
   The Notice of Electronic Filing displays, giving you the document number. Copies of this notice are immediately emailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.
