Notice of Mortgage Payment Change

Filing Requirements:


To File Electronically:

  1. Log into CM/ECF.

  2. Select [Bankruptcy >  Claims Action OR Limited Filing User].

  3. Enter the case number (e.g, xx-xxxxx).

  4. Select [Notice of Mortgage Payment Change] from the event list.

  5. Skip the Joint Filing screen.

  6. Select the party filer.

  7. Browse to select the document (.pdf file).

    Note:
    The notice and proof of service may be a single PDF or filed as separate documents.  The notice must be the first document in your PDF. Supporting documents and Proof of Service may be added as attachments to this document. Also Note:  If Proof of Service if filed separately, the event Certificate of Service (Use only for Rule 3002.1 Events) MUST be used to file certificate.

  8. Answer "y or n" if the Proof of Service is included with the notice and select [Next]

  9. Highlight pertinent creditor name/claim number and select [Next].

  10. Modify text as appropriate.

  11. Verify the final docket text; if correct, click [Next] to submit your documents.

    Note: The Notice of Electronic Filing displays giving you the document number. Copies of this notice are immediately e-mailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.
