Notice of Mortgage Payment Change

(No Proof of Claim Filed)

Filing Requirements:

To File Electronically:

  1. Log into CM/ECF.

  2. Select [Bankruptcy >  Claims Action OR Limited Filing User].

  3. Enter the case number (e.g, xx-xxxxx).

  4. Select [Notice of Mortgage Payment Change (No Proof of Claim Filed)] from the event list.

  5. Skip the Joint Filing screen.

  6. Select the party filer.

  7. Answer "Yes or No", Is this Notice Being Filed Pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 3002.1(b), Where a Corresponding Proof of Claim Has Been Filed?

    If you answer "Yes" you will see a prompt that reads:

    The Correct Docket Event Notice of Mortgage Payment Change Located Under the Claim Actions Menu must be Selected.

    If you answer "No" proceed to attach your pdf file.

  8. Browse to select document (.pdf file).

    The notice and proof of service may be a single PDF or filed as separate documents.  The notice must be the first document in your PDF. Supporting documents and Proof of Service may be added as attachments to this document.

  9. Answer "y or n" if the Proof of Service is included with the notice and select [Next].

  10. Verify the final docket text; if correct, click [Next] to submit your documents.

    Note: The Notice of Electronic Filing displays giving you the document number. Copies of this notice are immediately e-mailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.
