Last Updated: April 17, 2014

Access through Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) of all documents filed in bankruptcy cases or bankruptcy appeals prior to December 1, 2003, is restricted. A message is displayed for PACER users when attempting to access a restricted document: "This document is not available for public viewing."

Docket sheet and docket information are available to the general public via PACER.

Any party that has filed a notice of appearance in an individual case will have CM/ECF access to all filings in that case.

All documents in cases will remain accessible at the clerks' offices, except those under seal.

All electronic documents filed in bankruptcy cases, including documents filed in cases prior to December 1, 2003 are available for viewing on the court's public terminal located in the clerk's office. Documents may be printed from the public terminal at a cost of $0.10 per page.

The clerk's office also provides copy service of electronic documents filed in bankruptcy cases, including documents filed in cases prior to December 1, 2003 at a pre-paid cost of $.50 per page. Copies of restricted documents cannot be emailed to the requesting individual.
