Motion
for Video Conference Hearing

Interested
parties in any case or proceeding may, upon reasonable advanced
notice, generally not less than 48 hours, file a motion requesting
that a hearing be held by video conference. The moving party
shall first contact the other interested parties and advise the
court whether all parties agree to a hearing by video conference. The
court will consider potential savings in travel time and expenses
in determining whether a hearing by video conference is appropriate.
Filing Requirements:

Select

Enter

Select
[Video Conference Hearing]
from the event list.
