Filing Requirements:

File Electronically:
Log into CM/ECF.
Select
[Bankruptcy > Motions/Applications].
Enter the case number (e.g,
xx-xxxxx).
Select
[Compel Abandonment]
or
(if filed as a two-part motion with
Relief from Stay) Select [Compel
Abandonment (no fee)] from the event list.
Note: When a Motion to Abandon is combined with another relief
type, while holding down Ctrl key, select multiple events.
Skip
the
if you are the only party filing this motion. If this is a
joint filing, check the box.
Select
the party filer. If the party is not listed, click on .
Note: The may appear. If your party selection
was correct, check the box to create an association.
Enter
a description of what is being abandoned and enter "y
or n" if the notice and proof of service are included
with the motion.
Note: The Motion, Notice of Motion, and Proof of Service
may be a single PDF; or the Notice, supporting documents,
and Proof of Service may be added as
to this document. The Motion must
be the first document in your PDF.
Enter
the date served (Ex. 01/16/2007)
to select the
Motion (.PDF file).

to continue filing.
Note - For Fee Exempt Motions: When filed by the Trustee,
enter "Exempt". When filed by Debtor in Possession
(Ch. 11), enter "Exempt".
