Motion to Extend Time to File Schedules and Other Required Documents  (Chapters 7 and 13 only)

Filing Requirements:

• Motion to Extend Time to File Schedules and Other Requirement Documents, if applicable.
  
  Note:  Motion must specify a specific date extended to.

• No Notice required. 

• Proof of Service on interested parties.

• No proposed order required (Court will enter text order).

To File Electronically:

1. Log into CM/ECF.

2. Select [Bankruptcy >  Motions/Applications].

3. Enter the case number (e.g, xx-xxxxx).

4. Select [Extend Time] from the event list.

5. Skip the Joint Filing screen.

6. Select the party filer.

7. Enter "n" indicating that a notice is not included; "y or n" if the proof of service is included with the motion; insert for what purpose: "to File Schedules and Statements, Payment Advices," if case is a Chapter 13, include "and Plan" in the description box, (insert if applicable).

8. Browse to select the Motion (.PDF file).

9. Modify the text as appropriate.

10. Verify the final docket text; if correct, click [Next] to submit your document(s).
    
    Note: The Notice of Electronic Filing displays giving you the document number. Copies of this notice are immediately e-mailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.
