Payment of Filing Fees

Non-electronic filers must make payment at the time the document(s) are presented to the court for filing.

Payments received from debtor(s) must be in the form of cash, certified check, or money order.  Personal checks, debit or credit cards are not accepted from a debtor.

Certified check or money order should be made payable to the Clerk, U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
