Chapter 11 Report of Inability to Appoint a Creditors' Committee

The U.S. Trustee's Office will determine whether to appoint a creditors' committee. If a creditors' committee is not appointed, a Report of Inability to Appoint a Creditors Committee will be filed.

To File Electronically:

1. Log into CM/ECF.

2. Select [Bankruptcy >  Trustee/U.S. Trustee].

3. Enter the case number (e.g, xx-xxxxx).

4. Select [Report of Inability to Appoint a Creditor's Committee] from the event list.

5. Select yourself (Trustee) as the party filer.

6. Browse to select document (.PDF file).

7. Verify the final docket text; if correct, click [Next] to submit your document(s).
