Filing Requirements:

  • Notice of Intent to Sell (if under $2,500) with 14 day objection period. Notice is sent to all creditors.

  • Proof of Service

  • Proposed order not required.

To File Electronically:

  1. Log into CM/ECF. (Note: Use Trustee login)

  2. Select [Bankruptcy>Trustee/U.S. Trustee].

  3. Enter the case number (e.g, xx-xxxxx).

  4. Select [Notice of Intent to Sell] if the amount is under $2,500.

  5. Select yourself (trustee) as the party filer.

  6. Browse to select the Notice (PDF file).

    Note:
     The Proof of Service may be added as an attachment to this document.

  7. Enter "Description of Property to be Sold".

  8. Enter Date Served.

  9. Enter "y" or "n" whether PDF includes proof of service.

  10. Accept Last day to object.

  11. Modify the text as appropriate.

  12. Verify the final docket text; if correct, click [Next] to submit your document(s).

    Note: The Notice of Electronic Filing displays giving you the document number. Copies of this notice are immediately e-mailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.
