Although filing requirements and references to the Bankruptcy Code and/or Rules and Local Rules may be provided for some topics, this manual should not be relied upon exclusively by the user. The Bankruptcy Code and/or Rules and Local Rules should be consulted. The Court does not endorse any particular software packages or applications.
Please remember to follow the prompts and notations within the ECF Filing System. ECF events, Notice and Service Requirements, and this manual are updated periodically.

IMPORTANT NOTICE OF REDACTION RESPONSIBILITY:
All filers must redact: Social Security or taxpayer-identification numbers; dates of birth; names of minor children; and financial account numbers; in compliance with Fed. R. Bankr. P. 9037.
This requirement applies to all documents, including attachments.
