Statement of Issues on Appeal

Step-by-Step Procedures:

  1. Scan documents if applicable.

  2. Log into CM/ECF.

  3. Select [Bankruptcy > Appeal] OR [Adversary >  Appeal].

  4. Enter the case number (e.g., xx-xxxxx).

  5. Select [Statement of Issues on Appeal] from the event list.

  6. Select the party filer.

  7. Browse to select the document (PDF file).

  8. Refer to the Notice of Appeal.

  9. Modify docket text if appropriate.

  10. Verify the final docket text; if correct, click [Next] to submit your document(s).

    Note: The Notice of Electronic Filing displays, giving you the document number. Copies of this notice are immediately emailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.
