Chapter 12 Plan

Filing Requirements:

• Chapter 12 Plan (wait to serve Plan until court issues Notice of Confirmation Hearing).

• After notice has been issued, file Proof of Service serving Plan and Notice of Confirmation Hearing on all creditors.

Step-by-Step Procedures:

1. Log into CM/ECF.

2. Select [Bankruptcy >  Plan].

3. Enter the case number (e.g., xx-xxxxx).

4. Select [Chapter 12 Plan] from the event list.

5. Select the party filer.

6. Does this plan include the certificate of service (y or n).

7. Browse to select the Plan (PDF file).

8. Modify docket text if appropriate.

9. Verify the final docket text; if correct, click [Next] to submit your document(s).
   
   Note: The Notice of Electronic Filing displays, giving you the document number. Copies of this notice are immediately emailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.
