Modified Plan (after confirmation)

Filing Requirements:

To File Electronically:

  1. Log in to CM/ECF.

  2. Select [Bankruptcy > Plan].

  3. Enter the case number (e.g., xx-xxxxx).

  4. Select [Modified Plan (After Confirmation)] from the event list.

  5. Select the party filer.

  6. Browse to select the Modified Plan (PDF file).

  7. For Chapter 13 cases, select the requests for relief that are included in the Modified Chapter 13 Plan that were NOT included in the previous confirmed Chapter 13 Plan and are NOW included in the Modified Plan.  Click [Next] if none of these requests are included in Modified Plan)

  8. Refer to confirmed Plan.

  9. Modify docket text as appropriate. the text as appropriate, if applicable.

  10. Verify the final docket text; if correct, click [Next] to submit your document(s).

    Note: The Notice of Electronic Filing displays, giving you the document number. Copies of this notice are immediately emailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.
