Last Updated: December 1, 2015

Schedules and Statements must be filed within 14 days of the date of filing the Petition.

Note: When Schedules are filed AND additional creditors are added to the case, you must separately electronically file a Proof of Service evidencing service of 341 Meeting Notice on the added creditors.  A filing fee is required except when a debtor files a schedule of post-petition debts after converting from a Chapter 13 case to a Chapter 7 case.
