Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) Outage

The Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) is currently experiencing an outage.  As a result, the delivery of electronic and paper notices is unavailable, and the BNC is currently unable to provide noticing services to the courts. Due to this outage, the following websites are unavailable:

bnc.uscourts.gov
bankruptcynotices.uscourts.gov
notices.uscourts.gov

Additionally, the National Creditor Registration Services website that supports CM/ECF access to address labels is also unavailable.  CM/ECF users are unable to access the List of Creditors due to the outage.

If you are a pro se individual debtor and you would like to receive Notices of Electronic Filing (NEFs) by email, please complete the Request to Receive Electronic Notice. All forms must be mailed or dropped off at the Bankruptcy Clerk's Office, 655 1st Avenue North, Suite 210, Fargo, ND 58102.
