The North Dakota Bankruptcy Court will upgrade to the Next Generation (NextGen) of CM/ECF on June 22, 2020. After the  upgrade, filers will will register at www.PACER.gov.  For more information go to our NextGen page.

Any document filed by an attorney, U.S. Trustee or case trustee (registered user) shall be filed electronically using the court's CM/ECF system.
