Video Conferences

The Bankruptcy Court conducts video conferences using Cisco Meeting Server (CMS). There is no application to install. Smart phones, tablets and Microsoft Internet Explorer are not supported and should not be used.

Parties who do not have video conferencing capability or who prefer to appear by video from a federal courthouse location in Bismarck, Minot, or Grand Forks must call the Bankruptcy Clerk’s Office at (701) 297-7100 or email clerks_office@ndb.uscourts.gov., not less than 48 hours prior to the hearing.  Parties may also elect to appear in person at the Quentin N. Burdick United States Courthouse in Fargo, North Dakota.

Participants, as well as anyone monitoring the hearing, must mute their microphones when not speaking.

Bankruptcy hearings and trials are public. The general public is invited to attend hearings and trials in person.

No person may record the proceedings from any location by any means. The audio recording maintained by the Court will be the sole basis for creating a transcript that constitutes the official record of the hearing.
