The United States Trustee’s Office advises that, effective April 1, 2022, chapter 7 panel trustee, Kip Kaler will no longer accept new chapter 7 cases for the District of North Dakota.  Given the historically low caseload and the continuing remote 341 meeting structure, the United States Trustee does not intend to replace Mr. Kaler’s position at this time.  Accordingly, effective with cases filed April 1, 2022, trustee Gene Doeling will handle all chapter 7 cases in North Dakota.
