The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of North Dakota is discontinuing the E-Filing Reaffirmation Program (eReaf) on March 1, 2025.  Creditors using this program are encouraged to request a limited filing user PACER account to continue filing reaffirmation agreements electronically.
