The Local Rules of the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of North Dakota, are revised and amended effective February 6, 2023.  All previous local rules of the court governing bankruptcy procedure are revoked. 

As a result of the amendments to the local rules, updates to the court's website, CM/ECF system and all resources are occurring throughout the week.
