Update:  

The Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) resumed operations on October 26, 2026. The BNC will issue notices generated on the 26^th, along with newly generated notices each day. Backlogged notices will be processed in a phased approach throughout the week.

All backlogged notices will include the following information:

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The enclosed notice(s) may have been sent later than intended because of a service disruption affecting the Bankruptcy Noticing Center. The information in this notice is still valid, but because of the delay, a deadline or response period listed here may have passed and you may receive an amended notice. Should you have questions regarding a deadline or a response period, please contact your attorney or visit the website of the clerk’s office of the court named on this notice.
