E-Filing Financial Management Certificate

  • eFinCert allows an approved course provider to electronically file a personal financial management course certificate through the court’s website. A PACER login and password is required. Contact the PACER Service Center at (800) 676-6856 or click here for to register for an account.
  • Penalty for filing fraudulent certification: Fine of up to $500,000 or imprisonment for up to 5 years, or both. 18 U.S.C. §§ 152 and 3571.
