Court fees (filing fees and installment payments, copies, recordings of hearings, etc.) may be paid online through Pay.gov. Pay.gov is a web-based application operated by the U.S. Department of Treasury that allows you to make online payments to government agencies by debit card, PayPal, or ACH (electronic draft from a checking or savings account).

This payment option cannot be used for chapter 13 plan payments to the trustee.

Online payment is not intended for use by registered ECF Users (Attorneys or Limited Filers), except as listed below: 

• Copies and certified copies
• Search fees
• Fees not generated in ECF

When paying fees associated with copy requests, please call the clerk’s office at 701-297-7100 to verify the amount.
