The clerk’s office of the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of North Dakota, is seeking your input regarding the ECF user’s manual located on our website. The clerk’s office will soon begin the process of reviewing, updating and revising the manual, and would like feedback from our current users. Even if you have not used the manual, we would still like you to complete the survey to collect data on it not being accessed.  The first question asks if you have used the ECF user’s manual.
