On April 22, 2020, Judge Shon Hastings entered an Order Adopting Amendments to Interim Bankruptcy Rule 1020 Implementing the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act.  A redline copy of Rule 1020 may be found here.  The amendment was necessary to address the temporary debt limit increase for Chapter 11, Subchapter V debtors.
