Attorney (including pro hac vice admission), U.S. Trustee and Case Trustee

Pursuant to D.N.D. Bankr. L.R. 5005-1, an attorney, including pro hac vice admission, U.S. Trustee or case trustee is required to be a CM/ECF electronic filer.  Also see D.N.D. Bankr. L.R. 9010-2.

To apply for ECF access:

Complete the registration form.

Send an e-mail to clerks_office@ndb.uscourts.gov and attach a PDF version of the registration form.
Upon receipt of your email request a login and password will be emailed to you. 
 
Training exercises will need to be completed if there is no prior filing experience with CM/ECF.  Electronic filing training from another United States District/Bankruptcy court is sufficient.
 
Complete the registration form.
 
A training login and password will be emailed to you to complete the training exercises.  Send your email to clerks_office@ndb.uscourts.gov indicating the training exercises have been completed and attach a PDF version of the registration form.
 
Upon receipt of your email request and review of your training exercises a login and password will be emailed to you.
