Attorney Requesting Notice

The North Dakota Bankruptcy Court will upgrade to the Next Generation (NextGen) of CM/ECF on June 22, 2020. After the  upgrade, filers will will register at www.PACER.gov.  For more information go to our NextGen page.

An attorney who is not admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of North Dakota may obtain access to CM/ECF for purposes of monitoring a specific case pursuant to D.N.D. Bankr.L.R. 9010-2(C).

To apply for CM/ECF access as an Attorney Requesting Notice:

  1. Register for a PACER account at www. PACER.gov. If you already have a PACER account go to step 2.
     
  2. Submit a an Attorney E-File registration through PACER.  In the field for Other Names Used, type "Notice."
     
  3. The Attorney Requesting Notice account only allows filing of a Notice of Appearance.  If additional filing privileges are subsequently needed, contact the court at at 701-297-7100 or clerks_office@ndb.uscourts.gov.
     
  4. Review the local rules and refer to the ECF User's Manual for procedural information.
