Attorney (including pro hac vice admission), U.S. Trustee and Case Trustee

Pursuant to D.N.D. Bankr. L.R. 5005-1, an attorney, including pro hac vice admission, U.S. Trustee or case trustee is required to be a CM/ECF electronic filer.  Also see D.N.D. Bankr. L.R. 9010-2.

To apply for CM/ECF access as an Attorney  or Pro Hac Vice Attorney:

  1. Register for a PACER account at https://pacer.uscourts.gov. If you already have a PACER account go to step 2.
     
  2. Submit a an Attorney E-File registration through PACER. U.S. Government attorneys who are not admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of North Dakota should select "Pro Hac Vice".
     
  3. Your request will reviewed and you will receive confirmation of approval through PACER.
     
  4. Review the local rules and refer to the ECF User's Manual for procedural information
